On Sunday, 26 April 2026, Bjelašnica hosted the traditional Sabah ski — morning skiing at sunrise. From 5 am the six-seater, the Heliodrom chairlift and the Kotlovi drag lift were running, with temperatures around 3°C.
Skiers used the Olympic downhill, Upper Kolijevka, Heliodrom and Upper Vučko runs. The event was a symbolic end to the winter season after almost 150 days of continuous skiing. OC Bjelašnica announced that skiing would be free for all visitors on 1 May.
